II. Jesus is human

III. Two reasons that Jesus came to earth:
MAKE GOD KNOWN TO US. John 1:18 “no one has seen God at any time, but the only Son, who is from the bosom of the father, has made him known.
BRING US TO GOD. 1 Peter 3:18. “Christ died for sins once and for all, the just for the unjust, to bring you to God.”
Jesus revealed details about God. For example, In John 14:16, Jesus says, “I will ask the father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever — the Spirit of truth.” These three persons in the one God are summarized by Jesus in Matthew 28:19: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.” in John 3:16, Jesus reveals that his coming to bring us to God reveals the heart of God: “God loved the world so much that he sent his only son, so that whoever believes in him will not perish, but have eternal life.”
